Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how users may access and use the WITTY platform, including all tools, services, features, automation, AI functionality (WIZZY), messaging systems, dashboards, and related infrastructure.

The purpose of this policy is to:

• Protect exporters and importers from abuse
• Preserve platform integrity and trust
• Ensure lawful, ethical, and professional usage
• Give WITTY the right to enforce standards decisively

By accessing or using WITTY, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

This policy applies to all users, including but not limited to:

• Exporters
• Importers
• Administrators
• Partners
• Referrers
• API or automation users
• Any party accessing WITTY services

You agree to use WITTY only for legitimate business, trade, and operational purposes.

You must not use the platform in any way that:

• Is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful
• Undermines trust between exporters and importers
• Circumvents WITTY's systems, fees, or safeguards
• Interferes with platform operations or other users

You may NOT:

• Send unsolicited, bulk, or irrelevant messages
• Harass, intimidate, threaten, or coerce other users
• Use WITTY messaging for cold outreach unrelated to trade
• Repeatedly contact users who have disengaged or declined
• Use automation in a way that creates spam-like behavior

You may NOT:

• Attempt to move deals off-platform to avoid the trade facilitation fee
• Use WITTY solely to identify contacts and transact elsewhere
• Conceal or misrepresent deals completed through WITTY
• Bypass WIZZY safeguards, deal detection, or monitoring logic
• Encourage others to circumvent platform enforcement

You may NOT:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate business information
• Misrepresent your company, products, capacity, or intent
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Submit forged, altered, or misleading verification documents
• Mislead other users regarding pricing, availability, or terms

You may NOT:

• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from WITTY
• Copy exporter or importer information without authorization
• Export data for resale, lead generation, or external databases
• Use WITTY data outside the platform without explicit permission

You may NOT:

• Use WIZZY to generate deceptive, misleading, or unlawful content
• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak AI safeguards
• Use AI outputs as legal, financial, or compliance advice
• Train external models using WITTY-generated data or outputs
• Rely on AI outputs as guarantees or representations to third parties

WIZZY provides decision support only, not professional advice.

You may NOT use WITTY to:

• Facilitate illegal trade or prohibited goods
• Violate export controls, sanctions, or embargoes
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Circumvent customs, tax, or regulatory requirements

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

You may NOT:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Introduce malware, exploits, or harmful code
• Interfere with platform performance or availability
• Test vulnerabilities without written authorization

You may NOT:

• Engage in self-referrals or circular referrals
• Manipulate points, rewards, or token mechanisms
• Create multiple accounts to game incentives
• Abuse staking, rewards, or AI credit systems

Users must respect WITTY's Importer Ownership & Matching rules, including:

• Respecting exporter-introduced importer protections
• Not attempting to poach or bypass protected relationships
• Honoring importer visibility and discovery settings
• Accepting WIZZY enforcement decisions

Attempts to undermine these protections are prohibited.

WITTY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any action deemed necessary, including:

• Warning or notice
• Restriction of features
• Suspension of access
• Termination of account
• Forfeiture of rewards or points
• Permanent banning
• Reporting to relevant authorities (where required)

Enforcement may occur with or without prior notice, depending on severity.

Compliance with this policy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to WITTY.

WITTY may suspend or terminate access for operational, compliance, or risk reasons even where no violation is found.
