Rewards & Referral Policy

The Rewards & Referral Policy explains how users may earn rewards, points, and referral benefits on the WITTY platform, as well as the rules governing eligibility, redemption, and enforcement.

The program is designed to:

• Incentivize genuine platform usage and growth
• Reward value creation, not spam or exploitation
• Align users with WITTY's long-term ecosystem health

Participation in the rewards or referral program is optional and subject to this policy.

To participate in WITTY rewards and referrals:

• Users must have a verified WITTY account
• Users must comply with all platform policies
• Rewards eligibility may vary by role (Exporter, Importer, Referrer)

WITTY reserves the right to restrict or revoke eligibility at any time.

WITTY may offer rewards in one or more of the following forms:

• Points (non-cash, internal accounting units)
• WTY tokens (subject to staking and redemption rules)
• Credits (AI credits or platform usage credits)
• Tiered benefits or recognition

All rewards are promotional and not guaranteed income.

4.1 Earning Points

Users may earn points for:

• Successful referrals
• Verified activity on the platform
• Approved campaigns or initiatives
• Other activities designated by WITTY

Point values, rules, and eligibility may change over time.

4.2 Staking Requirement for Redemption

• Points may only be redeemed into WTY tokens if the user has an active WTY staking plan
• Users without an active staking plan cannot redeem points
• Points earned by non-stakers expire 14 days after the end of the applicable month

Active stakers retain accumulated points until redemption.

4.3 Monthly Redemption Pool

Each month:

• A defined percentage of WITTY's revenue or profit may be allocated to a rewards pool
• The monetary value per point is calculated dynamically based on:

• Total pool size
• Total eligible points earned that month

Point-to-WTY conversion rates vary monthly and are not fixed.

5.1 Referral Eligibility

Users may earn referral rewards for:

• Inviting eligible exporters or importers
• Referrals that result in verified, paying users
• Referrals that comply with platform rules

Referral rewards apply only after successful onboarding and payment clearance.

5.2 Commission Structure

• Referral rewards are point-based only
• No direct cash commissions are paid
• Referral validity is limited to 12 months per referred user

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Circular or reciprocal referrals
• Fake, duplicate, or bot accounts
• Misrepresentation to generate rewards
• Incentivized referrals that violate platform rules

Additional enforcement rules:

• No rewards on refunded transactions
• No rewards before payment clearance
• KYC or enhanced verification may be required above thresholds

WITTY may claw back rewards obtained through abuse.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Any tax obligations arising from rewards or tokens
• Reporting income or benefits under applicable laws

WITTY does not provide tax advice.

Points, tokens, and rewards:

• Have no guaranteed monetary value
• May fluctuate in redemption value
• Are not investment instruments
• Do not represent equity, ownership, or profit-sharing rights

WITTY reserves the right to:

• Suspend reward access
• Forfeit accumulated points
• Revoke referral eligibility
• Terminate accounts for violations

These actions may occur without notice in cases of abuse or risk.

WITTY may:

• Modify reward mechanics
• Change point valuation methods
• Adjust staking requirements
• Suspend or terminate the rewards program entirely

Changes may occur at any time and are effective upon publication.

This policy operates alongside:

• Acceptable Use Policy
• User Verification Policy
• AI & Automation Policy
• Trade Facilitation Fee Policy

In case of conflict, the Terms of Use prevail.

For questions regarding rewards or referrals:
